2021’s Best Color Depositing Shampoos for Redheads

Is your red hair fading? Give it a natural boost!

Updated: May 25th, 2023

Every year, the H2BAR beauty team comes out with the list of the top ‘redhead friendly’ color depositing shampoos for redheads. Since the beginning of 2021, we have been testing other color depositing shampoos and also staying true to a few of our favorites.

Are you wondering what color depositing shampoos are? They naturally deposit color in red hair without the use of permanent dyes.

If you’re a natural redhead, you can add this hair care product to your beauty routine a few times a week. Great for natural reds who are experiencing natural fading and want to “up” their red.

If you’re a redhead ‘by choice’, use this regularly to lengthen the time in between your trips to the salon.

It’s important to know some key tips and facts before opting for a color depositing product. Here are 7 things you should know:

1. If you’re a redhead ‘by choice’, consult with your stylist or colorist before using it.

2. Color depositing shampoo and conditioners do not work for blonde or grey shades of hair. Warning: If you have blonde highlights in your red hair, using these products will turn them pink.

3. Rinse your hair after conditioning with cool water. This will help close the cuticle and seal in moisture.

4. The product may stain so use a dark towel (or t-shirt) while drying your hair.

5. If you’re nervous to take the color depositing plunge, we recommend adding a few drops to your currently used shampoo and conditioner. This is a great way to ‘up’ your red a tiny bit.

6. We advise conducting a strand test before using one of these products below.

7. For best results, lather on a color depositing shampoo. Rinse. Apply and lather a color depositing conditioner. Rinse with cool water.

HERE ARE 6 OF OUR 2021 ‘REDHEAD FRIENDLY’ APPROVED FAVORITE COLOR DEPOSITING PRODUCTS:

1. Davines Alchemic Shampoo

Why Squalane Oil Will Do Wonders For Your Redhead Skin

You should definitely consider adding this anti-aging ingredient in your redhead skincare routine.

I recently discovered the benefits of squalane oil when a skincare brand, ClarityRx, sent us over their Nourish Your Skin 100% Squalane Moisturizing Face Oil. After trying it on my redhead skin for several days, I noticed my complexion was brighter, a small dry patch near my mouth was gone and my skin felt super hydrated.

So, what exactly is squalane oil and why should you be applying it on your redhead skin too? We asked a few experts to weigh in on this anti-aging oil.

What is squalane oil?

US board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Anna H. Chacon, MD FAAD shared with us the important attributes of this oil. “Squalane oil is a common lipid produced by human cells and is a component of sebum. Though we produce it naturally, its production is drastically decreased after we reach our 30s, which contributes to the dryness we commonly observe with aging. It can be found in animal and plant sources and helps to protect the surface of the skin from peroxidation due to UV light.”

What are its benefits?

“Squalane oil has advantages as an emollient and antioxidant due to its hydration and anti-tumor benefits. Squalane benefits the skin’s physiology and is commonly used as a moisturizing agent. Other advantages include that it does not have an oily feel, is safe for sensitive skin and also is odorless, antibacterial, and non-comedonal, meaning it doesn’t contribute to breakouts. It is also helpful at treating conditions such as acne, atopic dermatitis, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis,” Dr. Chacon shares.

How can it be used?

Celebrity dermatologist and the creator of TheA Method®, Tina Alster MD, FAAD, tells us, “Squalane is used as a hydrator. When applied topically, squalane can hydrate and moisturize the skin, making it appear to be healthier and look more vibrant. Squalane also has anti-inflammatory properties and is lightweight on the skin, unlike some other hydrators that may clog pores.”

Is it for all skin types?

“Squalane is safe and can benefit all skin types, especially those with dry or aging skin. However, one would want to check a small area for an allergic reaction,” Dr. Alster shares. “While squalane is great for any skin type, those suffering from dehydration or blemish-prone skin can get extra benefits.”

How to incorporate squalane oil in your skin routine?

After cleansing and toning, apply a thin layer to the face, neck and décolleté morning and night. Lock it all in with a moisturizer and don’t forget your sunscreen.

Best squalane oil products:

1. ClarityRx Nourish Your Skin 100% Squalane Moisturizing Face Oil, $48

This was the first squalane oil product I ever tried –– and I fell in love with it instantly. This 100% Squalane oil is an antioxidant that shields the skin from harsh environmental aggressors while increasing oxygen flow to the skin. It’s quick-absorbing so you’ll notice hydration instantly.

If you’re an H2BAR Box subscriber, you received ClarityRX’s full-size facial oil! Subscribe and get redhead-approved skincare products sent to you monthly!

2. Found Active Moisturizing Face Serum with Plant-Derived Squalane, $23

Adrienne and I were so excited to try this product from Found Active. It’s lightweight and very moisturizing. We both noticed our skin was smoother, too.

3. The A Method Ultra-Hydration Serum, $78

This product is amazing. It really hydrates chronically dry skin due to its all-natural squalane derived from olives.

4. The Ordinary 100% Plant-Derived Hemi-Squalane, $10

If you’re into skin then you’ve definitely heard of The Ordinary. This serum will hydrate the skin to improve the look of its elasticity and suppleness. You can also apply it to your hair to reduce frizz.

I wasn’t familiar with the word ‘bakuchiol’ until recently. It’s essentially a natural alternative to retinol and helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This moisturizer contains Omega-3-packed sacha inchi oil and squalane to hydrate and nuture the skin.

Review: The Spring ‘Finally’ Themed Deluxe H2BAR Box

10+ full-size items & $250 value!

This spring I was supposed to get married, but COVID-19 unfortunately made us change our plans and push our wedding back another year. I needed something to cheer me up a little and after receiving the Spring Deluxe H2BAR Box, I feel a lot better. Like the springtime, we sometimes like to start over and feel refreshed and renewed. The theme of this box was: Finally! It’s finally spring and How to be a Redhead’s newly released eyebrow gel is finally here and it’s properly named Finally Have Brows®.

I’ve been able to try out these ‘Redhead-Friendly’ products that How to be a Redhead chose for us! Here are my thoughts:

1. oVertone Hair Care Golden Brown Redhead Hair Kit, $42 Value:

My hair is an auburn red and oVertone’s ‘Ginger’ shade was in a few 2020 H2BAR Boxes. It worked well on my hair. I was interested to see what the ‘Golden Brown’ color would look like. I put it on dry hair with gloves and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then I rinsed it off in the shower. It definitely made a mess in the shower, but it easily came off the tile with soap and water. My hair looked more vibrant, but naturally red still. I really liked it! I would say it is a little subtler than the ‘Ginger’ shade. I wouldn’t use it all the time, but from time to time it will be really nice to refresh my style. I also enjoyed having the brush to use in the shower to distribute the color more evenly.

2. Hairstory New Wash Original, $40 Value:

Subscribers received either this Hairstory product OR Crack Restorative Hair Mask ($25 Value)

This is a very interesting approach to washing your hair. I had to get used to using it in the shower and not having it lather. It doesn’t contain detergents like other shampoos do that tend to strip your scalp and damage your hair. I also didn’t need a separate shampoo and conditioner. It left my hair shiny and airy feeling. I was surprised that my red hair felt so clean afterward. It has a unique bottle, but I learned that the company has a refill program that helps to reduce waste. The scent is a natural fragrance with notes of rose, ylang-ylang, clove, and other essential oils. It also works well with my oVertone to not strip out the deposited color.

3. Derma E Deluxe Thickening Hair Care Shampoo/Conditioner Packette, $5 Value:

First of all, this smelled amazing and like I was at the spa. It has eucalyptus and spearmint oil in it to help nourish the hair and scalp as well as calm and stimulate the hair follicles. It was hard to see a thickening effect in just one use, but my hair felt very clean and hydrated after using this product. It left me with a tingly and fresh sensation and I wish I had more.

4. Joico Color Infuse Red Shampoo + Conditioner, $36 Value

This full-size duo smells amazing! It has a fruity raspberry scent that lingers in my hair. I used both products about once a week to help intensify the red in my naturally red hair. I would recommend using gloves because it can stain your hands, but if you don’t then a little soap and water will take the color off. It makes my hair very shiny, but I wouldn’t use it for every wash because it can tend to be a bit drying. Don’t be afraid to use this as a natural redhead because it just helps to enhance your already gorgeous hair and isn’t permanent.

5. TYM Botanicals Travel Size Serum, $28 Value

Subscribers received either this TYM Botanicals Serum OR Lapcos Red Collagen Serum

I love serums! This natural serum works to rejuvenate, brighten and firm while reducing the appearance of dark spots, pores and fine lines. I use this every day before applying moisturizer. I’ve noticed my dark spots, from previous blemishes, have become less noticeable and it didn’t make my skin feel tacky like some other serums do. It doesn’t break me out and leaves my skin nice and smooth. My face feels more youthful and I have this serum to thank.

6. Babe Lash Essential Serum, $65 Value

This is an amazing serum that helps to grow, condition and strengthen your eyelashes. I have naturally long eyelashes, but they aren’t always thick. I tried this serum for a couple of weeks and I have noticed my lashes growing a little longer and the lashes aren’t falling out as often. I’m so excited to see how beautiful my eyelashes look after a couple of months. It is very easy to apply. I tend to use one swipe on each lash line after washing my face before bed. I have had no eye irritation. I often get asked if my eyelashes are extensions –– which is pretty amazing!

7. Babe Lash Enhancing Liquid Eyeliner, $35 Value

This eyeliner is everything you love about eyeliner but better. It helps to enhance both the health and appearance of your lashes. It is a jet-black formula and is easy to use with its felt tip. It delivers a clean, precise, and dramatic line while the peptide-rich formula conditions your skin and lashes.

8. Mystery Item: Full-Size Beauty Product, $10-25 Value

My mystery item was the SolarDerm After Sun Facial Moisturizer. I used this product in the past because it was featured in a previous H2BAR Box. I love this product. It is great in the summer because it calms sunburnt skin. It contains green tea and oats which help to calm, hydrate and refresh the skin.

9. Eye Embrace The Ginge Classic Classic Wooden Pencil, $13 Value

This is a light to medium copper red color for your eyebrows. It is formulated to blend naturally with your natural red coloring. It is waterproof and comes with a spoolie brush and sharpener to help blend and perfect your redheaded brows.

10. Morpho Cosmetics Lip Pencil, $15 Value

I receivedPuca Panga’. It is the perfect natural, light nude pink with a touch of sheer light golden sheen. Handy and slim, this easy-wear shade for all skin tones was created to mimic the natural sheen of lips. The natural sheen makes it perfect to wear alone as a convenient long-lasting lipstick without looking matte or cakey. It matches my redheaded coloring very well and is not drying. I like to put a clear lip gloss over it sometimes to add a little more definition.

11. How to be a Redhead Redhead Bobby Pins, $9 Value

As a bonus, redhead bobby pins were included. It was a great surprise and I am so excited to wear them this spring!

My red hair feels refreshed and I am ready for spring! And don’t miss my TikTok video where I am talking about Finally Have Brows®!

New Study: Redheads Feel Less Pain And The Reason Why Is Fascinating

    This contradicts past studies!

    Edited: May 14, 2021

In recent years, studies have shown redheads feel more pain and need more anesthesia. A new study led by investigators at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) contradicts what we have heard in the past; this new study has have found that people with red hair feel less pain and have a higher threshold.

The study, published in Science Daily, found that natural redheads have a much higher pain tolerance than blondes and brunettes and it also has to do with a redhead’s skin. Yes, you heard it right. Due to a mechanism that ups a redhead’s susceptibility to sunburns, the skin cells lack the function of a certain receptor. The study goes on to say that a “lack of this receptor function causes changes that tip the balance between pain sensitivity and pain tolerance.”

The pigment-producing cells (cells that determine your pigmentation) are called melanocytes and contain a variant form of the melanocortin 1 receptor. “This receptor sits on the cell surface, and if it becomes activated by circulating hormones called melanocortins, it causes the melanocyte to switch from generating yellow/red melanin pigment to producing brown/black melanin pigment.” Meaning, these cells are crucial in deciding a person’s pain threshold.

Redheads boast a faulty melanocyte and they can’t process enough dark pigment to tan. This has the added effect of elevating their threshold for hurt.

The study, led by David E. Fisher, MD, Ph.D., director of the Mass General Cancer Center’s Melanoma Program and director of MGH’s Cutaneous Biology Research Center, studied a strain of red-haired mice that “contains a variant that lacks melanocortin 1 receptor function and also exhibits higher pain thresholds.” Dr. Fisher led a previous study that found redheads cannot create dark pigment and tan due to their genetic mutation and loss of melanocytes.

We are excited and honored to have Dr. David E. Fisher on the How to be a Redhead podcast! Listen to Season 3, Episode 12 where he breaks down in simple terms more about his incredible study and why redheads feel less pain. Listen directly below or search for us wherever you listen to podcasts):

This means that redheads feel less pain and have a higher pain threshold. “These findings describe the mechanistic basis behind earlier evidence suggesting varied pain thresholds in different pigmentation backgrounds,” says Dr. Fisher in Science Daily. “Understanding this mechanism provides validation of this earlier evidence and a valuable recognition for medical personnel when caring for patients whose pain sensitivities may vary.”

Now we know what Julianne Moore meant when she talked about feeling pain and being “a very tough redhead.” Watch the clip below:

Kidding: You Cannot Bring Your Full-Size Sunscreen in Your Carry-On Bag

Update: Unfortunately the TSA has clarified that sunscreen in larger quantities isn’t allowed through in carry-on bags through security checkpoints. From TSA:

“Our website incorrectly reported that sunscreen containers larger than 3.4 oz. were allowed in carry-on bags if medically necessary. That error has been corrected. Sunscreen in carry-on bags must be 3.4 oz. or less. Larger quantities should be placed in checked baggage.”

‘Redhead friendly’ travel-size sunscreen recommendations: Sun Bum Original SPF 30 Sunscreen Lotion and Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen Lotion

    Article posted earlier today:

Redheads, this is major news. As of April 7, 2021, sunscreens are now on TSA’s medically-approved list of items and therefore allowed in your carry-on bag in full size. This change is thanks to the department of dermatology at Brown University, which challenged TSA on the 3.4-ounce liquid limit because sunscreen is needed to protect against skin cancer.

On the TSA’s website, SPF products are allowed along with other medical items like inhalers, contact solution, and medications. But there is one thing you need to remember — while this change means your full-size sunscreen will no longer be confiscated at security (and tossed out — the horror!), you will need to alert officials that you have it. At the checkpoint for inspection, all travel with full-size sunscreen must tell security officers.

This important change comes just ahead of Skin Cancer Awareness Month in May. Skin cancer aka melanoma is the most common form of cancer in the United State and according to the National Foundation For Cancer Research, “approximately 9,500 people are diagnosed with skin cancer every day in the U.S.”

For redheads, this news is even more important because the MC1R gene causes red hair, freckling and an increased incidence of melanoma.  Natural redheads are at a greater risk of melanoma –– even if they never go out in the sun. For anyone who doesn’t know, skin cancer is the most deadly form of skin cancer and essential for redheads. In an article published in the Journal of American Academy of Dermatology, they wrote, “Estimates show that increasing sunscreen use by 5 percent per year over 10 years would lead to a 10 percent reduction in melanomas in the United States.”

Expert-Approved Home Remedies For Frizzy Red Hair

    Updated: November 2nd, 2023

As a new redhead mom of an 8-month-old, my hair is always in need of some TLC. At four months postpartum, I went straight to the expert: my hairstylist! I had asked her for a deep conditioning treatment to rehydrate and combat my frizzy red hair –– thanks to a baby pulling at loose strands and the same high bun sitting on the top of my head.

According to my hairstylist, Dana Copeland-McArdle, “One of the biggest issues regarding frizz and feeling like you have frizzy hair really just translates into your hair being thirsty!”

So, basically, if your hair is full of frizz, it needs moisture.

5 tips for fighting frizz at home:

    1. Leave-In Treatment

Copeland-McArdle’s favorite product for moisture and frizz prevention is Olaplex No. 6. “After you wash your red hair and it is damp, you can apply roots to ends for some extra nourishment.”

    2. Hair Mask

A weekly or biweekly hair mask can do wonders for hair maintenance in between hair appointments. Copeland-McArdle recommends Devacurl Heaven In Hair Intense Moisture Treatment.

    3. Brush Red Hair In Shower

Instead of brushing your hair once you come out of the shower, she recommends brushing your hair while IN the shower with conditioner ON the brush to distribute it through wet hair. This trick is more gentle on your hair and prevents you from causing split ends.

    4. Microfiber Towel

When drying your hair opt to use a microfiber towel! Introducing the How to be a Redhead Soft Microfiber Hair Towel for Redheads. Because wet hair is at its most vulnerable, this custom microfiber towel gently and carefully absorbs moisture from your red hair and dries it quickly, all while protecting it from stretching and breakage. This design is uniquely shaped to wrap all of your hair securely (no matter the length), with an elastic strap to comfortably keep things in place. Your hair journey starts here, redheads.

    5. Castor Oil

Opt for Ecla Organic Castor Oil to smooth away frizz and also promote my red hair growth! It’s an amazing product I also use on my eyelashes* to condition them, as well as add a few drops to my hair mask.

5 Redhead-Friendly Hairstyles to Fight Frizz:

    1. Braids

Keep those frizzy baby hairs at bay during the humid months by experimenting with braids which also work to pull and keep hair away from your face. Copeland-McArdle suggests a fishtail braid saying, “You can even pull out the weaves of a fishtail braid to make it look a little ‘messy.’ This is known as ‘pancaking’ the braid so that when / if any frizzy baby hairs come out it looks intentional.”

    2. Braided Headband

If your hair length allows for it, you can braid your own hair around your head like a headband.

    3. Twirled Topknot

My personal favorite and current ‘go-to’ as a new mom, is the twirled topknot which contains frizz in a knot. This topknot also doubles as a professional look for the office (or even a Zoom call).

    4. Messy Bun or Ponytail Paired with a Headband

It’s important for me to switch things up a bit on a weekly basis in between hair washings, which are much less frequent these days! To amp up the volume of my hair, I will sometimes opt for a messy ponytail. As a more frequent option, a silk fabric headband with a messy bun is always a classic look that keeps frizzy red hair contained and smooth thanks to the silk fabric.

What are some of your go-to hairstyles and favorite accessories to combat frizz to rock your red hair?

If you are looking for a way to keep your red hair shiny and healthy, look no further:

6 New Redhead Skincare Products to Include In Your 2021 Routine

    Tested + approved

If you’re a big skincare enthusiast like I am, you know how great it feels when you find new products that work for your redhead skin. Here at How to be a Redhead, we categorize a product that is tested and approved on a redhead (for a minimum of 10 days) as being ‘Redhead Friendly’. Over the last few months, I have added six new skincare products to my redhead skincare regimen.

Keep scrolling to explore each one and why it’s a product your redhead skin will adore.

    1. Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant

There’s no surprise why this product went viral on TikTok. It’s amazing and if you’re a redhead wondering if it works for you — it does. It combats redness, wrinkles, aging, enlarged pores and blackheads. Beta hydroxy acid (BHA is also known as salicylic acid) improves the overall skin texture by helping to unclog and clear pores. After toning, apply once or twice daily on a cotton pad.

    2. ClarityRx Clinical Skin Care Nourish Your Skin 100% Squalane Oil

ClarityRx, a brand featured in the April Monthly H2BAR Box, offers this wonderful quick-absorbing oil to promote healing, hydration and protection. Apply after your serums and before your moisturizer. This product can also double as a hydrating moisturizer.

    3. Bl’eau Glacial Mineral Toner

This is a super refreshing toner powered by the benefits of Canadian glacial oceanic mineral water, red maple bark extract and sugar maple extract natural. It’s lightweight and quick-absorbing. Your redhead skin will feel clean and invigorated when you continue on with your routine of serums, oils and moisturizers.

    4. Derma E Vitamin C Concentrated Serum

Featured in the April Monthly H2BAR Box, this is a skin-brightening, hydrating and anti-aging serum made with both vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Apply after toning and before moisturizing.

    5. kitavaMD Blemish Cleansing Wipes

Infused with willow bark extract and natural lactic acid, these wipes will be your go-to solution to help fight blemishes and cleanse the skin while on-the-go. Gently stroke the wipe on your face, body or other affected areas one to two times daily as tolerated. Do not rinse.

    6. Bliss What a Melon Overnight Facial Mask

This overnight face mask from Bliss has been said to be a Glow Recipe Watermelon + AHA Glow Sleeping Mask dupe. It will leave you waking up with a refreshed, dewy, plumped complexion. Massage a thick layer onto dry skin for one minute. Let it dry, sleep, wake up and rinse.

Why Vitamin E Is A Powerful Benefit For Redhead Skin

    Plus 5 redhead-approved product recommendations!

Many years ago, before Stephanie and I founded HowtobeaRedhead.com in 2011, I was in my early twenties and living in Boston. One evening, as I waited for a friend at a restaurant, I ended up befriending a fellow redhead. She and I spoke about the common redhead topics (sensitive skin, sunburns, loving our hair, etc) and when I mentioned us being a similar age, she stopped me in my tracks and said, “Honey, I am over fifty years old.” I gasped. There was absolutely no way she was older than thirty. I immediately asked her what her secret was to looking so young.

    She responded, “Vitamin E.”

This conversation has stayed with me and ever since, I have incorporated Vitamin E* into my evening skin routine. Since Vitamin E has a thick consistency, it’s best to apply it before bed so that it can fully absorb.

Vitamin E is a nutrient your body needs to support your immune system and help your cells to regenerate. Vitamin E is most commonly known for its benefits for skin health and appearance. It can be applied topically to your face to reduce inflammation and make your skin look younger. Many people also swear by the effects of topical Vitamin E when it’s applied to the face overnight. And, I do too, redheads.

Typically, before bed, I cleanse, tone, use a serum or oil mixture containing Vitamin E as an all-over treatment, then lock it in with a moisturizer. During the summer months, when my skin is tired from sun exposure, I will make sure my moisturizer has Vitamin E in it too.

And, about once or twice a week, about 30 minutes before bedtime, I use a pure Vitamin E oil and mix one or two drops of it for every 10 drops of carrier oil with jojoba oil, almond oil, or coconut oil. I leave it on while I sleep and the results in the morning are undeniable.

Here are my favorite Vitamin E products:

    1. Pure Vitamin E: RejuveNaturals

This pure oil contains only natural Vitamin E sourced from organic olives. Every drop unleashes the full potency of this powerful antioxidant in a form that’s absorbed readily to nourish your skin from the inside out.

    2. Serum with Vitamin E: Timeless Skincare Vitamin C & E

You may notice many brands have a Vitamin C & E product. Vitamin E is used to extend the life and effectiveness of Vitamin C. Vitamin C evens skin tone and helps builds collagen.

    3. Oil with Vitamin E: Zatoru Glow Repair – 100% Organic Pure Vitamin E Oil Serum with Coconut, Rosehip, Jojoba Oil

This Vitamin E oil formula is perfect for soothing and protecting redhead skin while regenerating skin cells, giving a radiant and youthful complexion!

    4. Face Moisturizer with Vitamin E: DERMA-E Vitamin E 12,000 IU Cream

This brand is frequently in the H2BAR Box and now you know why! Vitamin E helps to soften and soothe extra dry, severely chapped skin. Quickly absorbs to help replenish lost moisture and helps aid with face protection.

    5. Sunscreen with Vitamin E: Sun Bum SPF 50 with Vitamin E

You’re probably already getting enough Vitamin E in your diet, but adding more through healthy foods could help speed up your cell synthesis and make you feel healthier overall.

You might be wondering: what about foods? Yes, almonds, blackberries, and avocados are some foods with the most vitamin E!

*Disclaimer: Vitamin E isn’t an effective remedy for everyone. Before taking oral Vitamin E supplements consult with your doctor. Too much Vitamin E in your bloodstream can result in a reduced platelet count and blood thinning. Speak with your doctor before starting Vitamin E oral supplements.

Professional Ballerina Tests Finally Have Brows® – The Redhead Eyebrow Gel

Many of asked if Finally Have Brows® is long wearing...

    Updated: November 2nd, 2023

Avivah, a redhead and professional ballerina, used Finally Have Brows® for 1 month and this was her review!

“This lasts all day. I have tried a lot of eyebrow gel products and none of them have been the right shade, a lot of them too dark. None of them have lasted like this,” says Avivah. “I am a professional ballerina meaning that I sweat a lot when wearing this and I don’t have to reapply my eyebrows at all.”

No one wants to invest in an eyebrow product only to realize the brows don’t look their very best after 1-2 hours of use. We were so sick of applying a product and hours later, our eyebrow hairs had fallen and our brows look unkempt! Once you apply Finally Have Brows®, you will feel the product working immediately. As it dries, you might feel a slight stiffness but this is the product working itself into your eyebrows. Allow it to fully dry and watch the magic occur. The less you use, the better. A few swipes are all you need for gorgeous redhead eyebrows.

    Watch her full review here:

In shade Universal Red, all redheads can use this shade! The brush-on eyebrow gel tints, locks & tames redhead brows in a single stroke. It is long-wearing & natural-looking. Go from no brows to “hello, brows” in 5 seconds.
