WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS IN THE HOW TO BE A REDHEAD SHOP?
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping when you spend $50+ shipping in our shop in the USA. Canadian shipping is $25 flat rate.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping in our shop to the following countries:
- Canada
Free shipping when you spend $50+ shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note: We do not ship the H2BAR Box internationally. We ONLY ship our products internationally.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Please note: we are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delivery carrier issues. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us at info@howtobearedhead.com, and we will assist you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and reship the package at your expense.
PROMO CODES
How to be a Redhead may offer certain promotional codes for discounts. Promotional codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Limit one promotional code per customer. Promotional codes are void where prohibited. Any promotional program may be terminated or modified by How to be a Redhead at any time at its sole discretion.
RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. It will be $7 USD to ship any items back to us. This $7 will be deducted from your total.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You can head to https://h2bar.loopreturns.com/ to track your return.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- The How to be a Redhead Subscription Box (The H2BAR Box)
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE
While we understand that it may take a few uses to realize a product isn’t right for you, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any item where more than a quarter of the product has been used.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at How to be a Redhead’s discretion. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
To return/exchange your new or gently “tested” online purchase, please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. Important: all products must be returned in their original packaging.
We can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send back your item(s). There will be a $7 shipping fee deducted from your total refund should you choose to use the pre-paid shipping label to cover shipping costs.
You may also send your returnable items back using a shipping method of your choice, at your own expense.
How to be a Redhead is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post to your account once it has been approved.

HOW IS MY DELUXE H2BAR BOX SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying an H2BAR Box subscription then we will deliver on: We ship out the H2BAR Box four times a year – March, June, September and December. Exact shipping dates are below.
Spring Box: March 15th
Summer Box: June 15th
Fall Box: September 15th
Winter Box: December 15th

IS THERE A CUSTOMER PORTAL TO CANCEL MY DELUXE H2BAR BOX SUBSCRIPTION?
The customer portal H2BAR Box experience has been upgraded too. Customers can now enjoy a better customer portal which will allow cancellation at any time. The only way to cancel is to go to: https://shop.howtobearedhead.com/account/login

Important: We cannot offer refunds for prepaid subscriptions due to logistics arrangements in our warehouse. If you purchase a 12-month Deluxe subscription (for example) and cancel immediately, you will receive the 4 Deluxe beauty boxes and you will not auto-renew after the 4 boxes have been fulfilled. If you do not cancel, you will continue to renew on a 12-month basis. ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW.
We do not allow returns for H2BAR Boxes due to sanitary conditions in our warehouse.
