You may have seen the viral “cold girl” makeup look online. This trend mimics the look you would get from heading outside on a cold day, but in a very cute and polished way. This trend is perfect for redheads because it looks stunning on fair skin and will really make your red hair pop. Here’s how redheads can recreate this look:
Step 1: Face
You can really wear your face makeup however you want for this look, just skip heavy bronzer or contour. You want to keep your face looking really natural. A slightly dewy look looks gorgeous with this makeup.
Step 2: Blush
Blush is the star of this makeup look. You want to make sure you have a cool-toned pink blush, that is quite pigmented. Apply it under your eyes, at the apples of the cheeks and across the bridge of the nose. You also want to apply a little on the tip of the nose, the chin, and at the very top and bottom of your lips. Start light and build until you have the pink you want.
Step 3: Lipstick
To get the “wind kissed” chapped lip looks, you want to take a matte pink or light red lipstick and apply it just to the inside of the lips. Blot it outwards to create a bitten look. You can top this with gloss or leave it matte.
Step 4: Brows / Eyes
You can really do your brows and eyes however you like, but if you’re opting for a more natural look stick to Finally Have Brows Tinted Brow Gel + Finally Have Lashes mascara with (maybe) a little brown liner to make your eyes pop.
Step 5: Highlight (Optional)
If you want to add a little glam, try adding a little cool-toned highlight to the face and inner corners of your eyes.
