Since our 1st post on The Best Instagram Filters for Redheads (And Ones to Avoid), Instagram released 5 new filters: Slumber, Crema, Ludwig, Aden and Perpetua. We tested each of them and determined which were best for redheads:
BEST:
1. LUDWIG: The filter provides a beautiful red glaze.
2. AIDAN: We adore this new filter because it gives the photo a vintage, 1970’s look, but still appears modern. Most importantly, the tint does not cover freckles.
3. SLUMBER: We were hesitant about this filter at first, but we’ve come to love it. It could easily ‘brown out’ red hair, but you can enhance it with the ‘Saturation’ feature Instagram provides.

FILTERS TO AVOID: The following filters give a ‘brown’ tint to the photo causing red hair to loose it’s vibrancy. Who wants that?!
