Redhead Men, Here’s Are 5 Game Plans If You’re Dealing With Hair Loss

This One is For You Redhead Men!

Hair loss, thinning of the hair, and fading of the hair are naturally occurring. Redheaded women are usually concerned about a loss of pigment and thinning of the hair. For redhead men, the biggest concern is balding. So, what can redhead men do if they notice they are starting to bald? Is there any way to slow down the natural process? Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Keep your scalp healthy

Aside from age, a big reason many men start to bald early in life is due to an unhealthy scalp. Treating your scalp right will ensure the hair you have will be healthy and continue to grow. You can maintain a healthy scalp by washing your hair with shampoo that contains ingredients like zinc, biotin, niacin, and caffeine. Natural oils like coconut oil, tea tree oil, argan oil, rosemary oil, and castor oil can also help to promote healthy hair growth. Scalp scrubs and scalp massages are another way to stimulate the scalp and promote new growth.

2. Take vitamins and supplements*

Vitamins B, C, E, zinc, biotin and iron can all help with promoting hair growth. Additionally, hair growth supplements can be taken. These supplements should always be used under the supervision of a doctor.

3. Use a product line to help with hair regrowth

Many men have seen a big difference after using the Regenix hair regrowth line. It’s custom formulation with plant-based science and most importantly, it is drug free. Unlike other hair regrowth products, Regenix asks each customer to send pieces of hair into their lab to study where you hair is going, and what you should do to restore your growth. You follow a special daily routine, and celebrities like Matthew McConaughey have raved about the product. Internally at H2BAR, we have had a natural redhead man test this product line for up to 6 weeks before recommending it here. We have seen no scalp irritation and in fact, we’ve noticed new hair growing where it was thinning.

4. Get a hair transplant

If your hair growth is age-related or you’re suffering from male pattern baldness, you may not be able to get new growth. Unfortunately, this is part of life, but if it bothers you, you can always consider a hair transplant to help achieve the look of more hair.

5. Embrace the bald!

And of course, you can always embrace the bald! Letting go of our hair is a hard thing for any redhead to swallow but often shaving your head and embracing the bald can help you to look and feel younger and you won’t have to struggle with your hairline anymore.

Rock it like a Redhead!

*Before any of the above is done,  you should always be used under the supervision of a doctor.
