Redheads face different makeup obstacles than brunettes and blondes because of their unique skin tone and hair color. There are thousands of tricks and trades to attain beauty, but the most important are those that can achieve redhead glamour in a jiffy.
Here are 4 makeup tricks for redheads on the go:
1. Powder: Opting for a loose powder over a heavy foundation is always preferred because it is quick, gives the skin a natural glow and lets those freckles shine without too much coverage.
2. Eyebrows: If you’re a natural redhead, you probably have very light eyebrows; so shade in those brows with a natural, blonde eye pencil. Most people think a red pencil would be best, but in fact, the blonde eye pencil will give your eyebrows a much better look.
3. Mascara: All redheads know that mascara is a MUST! It will complement the hair and define the face. For the best look, using a brown/black or black mascara, aim the tip of the mascara wand at the root of the eyelashes and color in the base. Then, swipe up the mascara wand from underneath several times. You’ll notice that your eyelashes will be voluminous and long.
