A MESSAGE FROM OUR CO-FOUNDERS: 2015 BEAUTY TOUR
Dear Beautiful Redheads,
First, for those who are new to How to be a Redhead, we host live red-carpet events called Rock it like a Redhead. They are aimed to bring our website and brand to life, but most importantly, its mission is to empower attendees to feel confident, look amazing and rock their beauty.
In 2013, we had our first Rock it like a Redhead Event in downtown NYC. It was a truly magical night. For all of you who attendeed, we LOVED meeting you. The minute the event wrapped up, we started brainstorming about going from city to city. We immediately knew we had to do a Rock it like a Redhead TOUR!
For two redhead sisters with a startup based on an idea no one has ever pursued, people thought we were crazy. They said, “How will you do a tour? That’s ambitious.” But, our gut feeling was that our audience wanted and NEEDED it!
We were right.
Since the 1st event in 2013, we have received thousands of requests about visiting cities all over the globe. In late 2013, we started planning the tour and many wonderful sponsors came our way to get it started. But, we realized the Rock it like a Redhead tour was becoming “trade-showey” and didn’t fully capture our brand or our powerful followers.
The entire mission is for the Rock it like a Redhead events to be about ALL OF YOU! We stopped in our tracks and went back to the drawing board.
We knew the tour had to be about our beautiful redhead audience, but we wondered how would we get everyone involved? Then it came to us: Kickstarter! We are proud to announce that our official Kickstarter Campaign has launched. See it right here.
We have been working day and night to customize everything for each and every one of you.
