We know eating specific foods can help you get longer, stronger, more healthy red hair. But did you know there are foods to help you get better nails, too? Here are 6 foods to help your nails grow faster and stronger

1. Nuts and seeds

You can get lots of healthy fats and vitamins through nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Almonds also have biotin which is great for nail growth.


2. Peppers

Bell peppers are filled with vitamin c which is great for promoting strong, healthy nails. You might think all colors of bell pepper are equal, but yellow actually contains the most vitamin c. 


3. Avocado

Another great source of healthy fats is avocado. Avocado is also packed with vitamins and folates, so get out your guac, or try applying avocado oil to your nails and cuticles.
