What It Is: Eyebrow Pencil.
How To Use It: I take the pencil and use short, feathery strokes in the same direction my hair goes. Then I brush my hairs and blend the pencil with the spoolie brush to set the eyebrows in place. This matches red hair pretty well and it stays on all day! It’s also unique because it’s a combination of wax and powder.
