Harper’s mother, Kimberly, submitted her daughter, Harper, for Redhead of the Week. We featured her back in February 2018! Her mother said, “Harper is 5 years old and loves her pretty hair. Lately, she’s been saying it gives her superpowers and makes her feel like a superhero.”
