Rebecca is a native Delawarean and attended the University of Delaware where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management in May of 2011. She then went on to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a Pastry Chef by attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She graduated this May and is back home looking to get involved in the Farm-to-Table Movement and baking up a storm in her home kitchen. She is currently the Social Media Manager and Head Pastry Chef at the Delaware based event planning company, The Table at Brandywine.
