SMALLER LIPS:
1. Use a lip liner to trick is to draw the liner a bit inside the lip line and apply foundation outside of your drawn lips. Then apply your lipstick.
2. Another trick, is to apply a slightly darker shade of lipstick in the center of your lips, right on top of your lipstick. Remember, use only a small amount of the darker lipstick and blend it perfectly, otherwise you’ll have two-toned lips.
