Setting powder does exactly what it says: sets your makeup. It evens the complexion and sets foundation in place. You can also use a setting powder throughout the day if you’re feeling oily, especially on your t-zone.
In the video below, we are using a blending sponge to apply the Youngblood Mineral Rice Setting Powder (featured in the January 2019 H2BAR Box), after applying the foundation and while it’s still wet. You then apply your bronzer, highlighter and blush. However, if you’re looking to add a little glow to your skin, you can apply a little bronzer to your cheeks before the setting powder.
